Founder/Owner:

Mario Balderas was born in Mexico City came to the US at the age of 11 years old. His first business venture was selling farm fresh eggs out of his dad’s car. He worked at Frank Andrews car dealership detailing and later was bag boy at Rainbow Market in Lincoln. After high school he worked at Fleetwood home when he was injured and that changed his life. In 1983 Mario became US Citizen. He retrained to the accounting profession which he had done for the last 26 years. Mario and his wife Angie have had several businesses throughout the years and even lived in Mexico for six years. They have three children Angela 24 married to Oscar, Mario Jr. 22 in the Marine Corp, and Omar 20 who is studying at Benedictine College in Kansas and their dog Chato! When Mario is not working he is riding his Honda VTX trike along Northern California you will know his trike it’s the one with “Foose” wheels and the Marine Corp emblem a salute to the troops.

Dan:

Master Tech

Dan was born and raised in Wichita Kansas. After high schools he in an industrial construction in framing and base foundation for 10 years. He later became a journeyman plumber for another 10 years. A back surgery Dan changed careers and moved to Arizona to attend MMI (Motorcycle’s Mechanics Institute) after graduating he moved to California with his three children Nathan 20, Melissa 17, and Dallas 13. Dan has worked on both Harley and Metrics for two motorcycle dealers before coming to Freedom Rides. When Dan’s not working on a bike you can find him with his kids, fishing, and of course on his motorcycle!
